Garry has over 25 years in the home building scene, from working as a construction project manager to window and door sales to founding Adera in 2014. Built from the ground up with long hours and the support of his wife, Gina, Adera has grown into a trusted company serving homeowners across the Okanagan. Known for his deep product knowledge and genuine approach, Garry has helped countless homeowners across the Okanagan find the perfect fit for their windows and doors. When he’s not meeting clients, you’ll find Garry enjoying life on his family’s hobby farm, spending time with his wife and 4 children, volunteering in youth sports, and exploring the Okanagan outdoors.

Randy joined Adera as a partner in 2020, bringing over 20 years of business development experience to the team. He completed his BBA in 2021 and is passionate about building strong teams and streamlining operations to support long-term growth. Outside of work, Randy is actively involved in serving within his church and school community. He and his wife Lorene share a love for renovating homes, combining vision, strategy, and hands-on work. They also enjoy traveling, which has become a little more adventurous (and a lot more joyful) with five young children in tow. There’s never a dull day!

Often referred to as the “dad” of the field team, Scott brings a steady, dependable presence to every project, along with just the right amount of well-timed humor. A husband and father of four, he leads by example with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right. Scott is the kind of teammate who shows up early, puts in the hard work, and encourages those around him to do the same. He’s passionate about health and fitness, and actively serves in his church and local community. Whether he’s out hunting, serving, or working to keep the job sites running smoothly, Scott leads with integrity, humility, and genuine care.

With over 15 years of experience leading home renovation and finishing projects throughout the Okanagan, Colin brings a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to every site he steps on. Colin is known for balancing a fun, approachable personality with a serious commitment to quality, ensuring jobs are done right, on time and on spec. He has a passion for mentoring younger technicians and helping others grow in skill and confidence. A devoted husband and father of six, Colin leads with purpose both at work and at home. His passion for serving others is evident in the way he treats his team, our customers, and everyone he works with.

As Adera’s longest-standing field team member, Jarrett brings unmatched reliability, strength, and quiet leadership to every job site. He’s affectionately known as “Steady Eddie,” the kind of person who always shows up, delivers quality, and leads by example. Currently working through his carpentry apprenticeship, Jarrett loves to learn and takes pride in mentoring others with patience and purpose. His big heart, strong-as-a-bull work ethic, and calm, consistent presence make him a rock. Outside of work, Jarrett is a proud husband and dad to one very loved little one. He loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s carving down a hill, relaxing with family and friends, or enjoying a cold IPA.

As a seasoned and dedicated team member, Ryan brings years of hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail to every job. Known as Adera’s door installer extraordinaire, he’s known for getting the job done right, quietly and without cutting corners. Ryan thrives when working independently, bringing his deep commitment to the details and overall quality of each install. His steady approach and strong work ethic make him a valuable part of the Adera team. Off the job site, Ryan enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, sampling new craft brews, and meeting new people. He is always finding new ways to enjoy life in and beyond the Okanagan.
