About us
We are proud to call the Okanagan home, and it shows in everything we do. From energy-efficient upgrades to full home transformations, we design with local needs in mind: more natural light, less heat transfer, and better comfort all year round.
Every project is personal to our close-knit team. Many of us grew up here. We’re raising families here, and we are committed to helping local homes stand strong for generations. Our staff are the real reason for our great reviews and high rate of referrals. We are thankful for each of them and are committed to their ongoing success and development.
At Adera, we are not just improving our neighbours homes, we’re building lasting value in the communities we live in.

Core values

1Authentic craftsmanship
Quality backed by character
We take pride in the quality of our work. Every window and door is installed with precision, care, and a commitment to long-lasting results.
From sales to install, we take pride in doing things right.

2Community commitment
Rooted here. Working for you.
We’re rooted in the Okanagan. We’re raising our families here, and are invested in making our community stronger. We partner with organizations like JoeAnna’s House in Kelowna, Safe Families Okanagan, Vernon Live Well Clinic, and actively support local schools.
We live where our customers live and treat every home with the care we’d give our own.

3Trusted teamwork
One team. One promise.
We believe in building authentic relationships, with our clients and with each other. We rely on each other, and our customers can rely on us.
We support one another, deliver as a team, and stand behind everything we do.
Giving back
We are so thankful to be part of the vibrant Okanagan community. We partner with local organizations to ensure we prioritize giving back and building up others within our community. Every purchase you make with Adera Windows and Doors also contributes to support for the following organizations:

JoeAnna’s House provides vital housing for families through some of their most challenging moments in life. By helping ensure that families can stay close to their loved ones receiving care at Kelowna General Hospital, we’re investing not just in health, but in hope, compassion, and community resilience.

We are driven to support the families that we serve, including those of our employees. Safe Families Okanagan is an organization that shares that vision as they commit to keeping families together, ensuring that no family faces a crisis alone, and a circle of support is in place around families in crisis.

The Vernon Live Well Clinic ensures local residents can find caring, confidential, and compassionate whole-person health care without cost, including help with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

We are blessed to live in a region where we have an abundance of food. But there are many people in the developing world who are not receiving daily meals, or are malnourished due to poverty. Thrive exists to empower and train local communities across the globe to create Life Gardens, so they can grow nutritious and income-generating whole foods that help them step out of poverty and build a more hopeful future for the next generation.
